A transcribed historical record of conditional land settlement licenses granted to early settlers on the west side of the Susquehanna River. These licenses were issued beginning in 1733 by Samuel Blunston of the Lancaster Court under a commission from Thomas Penn. The records detail acreage allotments, adjacent neighbors, and critical geographic descriptors of local waterways such as Conococheague Creek, Conodoguinet Creek, and Yellow Breeches Creek.
